This is the home of Coventry’s Culture Works Collective.
In typical – gently radical – fashion, Coventry has taken the decision that its Cultural Strategy should be collectively devised, owned and delivered.
As far as we know, no other city is already doing this, and so there is no blueprint to follow. We’ve put together a structure for how we think this will work – but as we are trying to make a culture shift from the way things have always been done to something that hasn’t been done before, please be patient with us! It’s a process of change, and it will take time…

Originally this site was made as a quick way to share the materials prepared for The Future Works event, held at Coventry Cathedral on January 18th 2024, but since then, much has changed and so the site is expanding!
